Terms of Service

These are the terms for using SoldLoop. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short because the deal is simple: you bring the inventory, we give you the software.

The service

SoldLoop helps you log clothing bales, price items with AI assistance, publish listings to marketplaces you connect, and track sales. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for the service to be available all the time, but we do not promise it will be.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your organization.
• Keep your sign-in method secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your content and your marketplaces

• You own your photos, descriptions, prices and sales data. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for following each marketplace's own rules. Publishing through SoldLoop does not change your obligations to Depop, Poshmark, eBay, Whatnot or anyone else.
• The local poster runs on your own computer using your own marketplace logins. You choose whether to run it and what it posts.

Pricing help is not a guarantee

AI estimates, suggested prices and the redline floor are tools to help you decide. They can be wrong. You make the final call on every price and every listing, and you are responsible for the results.

Plans and payment

Plan names, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. When billing is enabled, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your account. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use SoldLoop to sell counterfeit or stolen goods, to break a marketplace's rules, to attack the service or other users, or to do anything illegal. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

Ending things

You can close your account any time by emailing us; we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical.

Limits on our liability

SoldLoop is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, marketplace penalties or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
