Terms of Service

SoldLoop is a product of Onyx Solutions LLC, an Arizona company, and "we" in these terms means Onyx Solutions LLC. These are the terms for using SoldLoop. By creating an account you agree to them. They are short because the deal is simple: you bring the inventory, we give you the software.

The service

SoldLoop helps you log buys, grade and price pieces with AI assistance, track sales, fees, expenses and profit, and print shipping labels. It does not post listings to marketplaces; you do that yourself or with a crosslister of your choice. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for the service to be available all the time, but we do not promise it will be.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
• Keep your sign-in method secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Your content and your marketplaces

• You own your photos, descriptions, prices and sales data. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for your listings and for following each marketplace's own rules. Using SoldLoop does not change your obligations to eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Facebook, Whatnot, Mercari, Vendoo or anyone else.
• Shipping labels and orders contain your buyers' names and addresses. Use them only to ship orders and keep your records.
• The Chrome extension is optional. It runs in your own browser with your own sign-ins, only fetches orders and labels from your own seller accounts, and only fills in Vendoo's form for pieces you send there. You choose whether to install it.
• SoldLoop is independent and is not affiliated with Vendoo, eBay or any marketplace.

Grading and pricing help is not a guarantee

AI grades, titles, descriptions, suggested prices and the floor are tools to help you decide. They can be wrong. You make the final call on every piece and every listing, and you are responsible for the results. Profit figures and CSV exports are only as accurate as the costs, sales and fees they are built from, so check them before you rely on them for taxes.

Plans and payment

Plan names, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from Billing. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use SoldLoop to sell counterfeit or stolen goods, to break a marketplace's rules, to attack the service or other users, or to do anything illegal. We can suspend or close accounts that do.

Ending things

You can close your account any time by emailing us; we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice where practical.

Limits on our liability

SoldLoop is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, marketplace penalties or indirect damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
