Privacy Policy

SoldLoop is operated by Onyx Solutions LLC. It is a tool for people who buy clothing in bulk (bales, wholesale lots, thrift runs) and resell it. SoldLoop keeps track of what each piece cost and what it sold for, grades and prices pieces from photos, and prints shipping labels. It does not post listings to any marketplace. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and name when you sign up, whether by email or with Google. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google and nothing else.
• Your buys and pieces. The buys you log (supplier, price, freight, tax), the photos you upload, and the pieces, grades, prices, costs, sales, fees and expenses you enter or import. Photos are stored privately and shown only to members of your workspace.
• Shipping labels and order details. When you drop a shipping label PDF into SoldLoop, or the optional Chrome extension fetches one, we store the label and the order details that come with it. These include your buyer's name and shipping address. We keep them so you can print the label and so the sale is recorded against the right piece.
• The Chrome extension. The extension is optional and only acts when you ask it to or when you open SoldLoop's Ship page. It runs in your own Chrome, where you are already signed in. When labels are fetched (you press Fetch labels, or you open the Ship page, at most every 15 minutes), it reads the orders waiting to ship on your own Poshmark, eBay, Depop and Whatnot seller accounts and sends those orders and their labels to SoldLoop. When you send a piece to Vendoo, it fills Vendoo's item form with that piece's details and photos. It never sends us your marketplace or Vendoo passwords or sign-in cookies.
• Vendoo exports. If you import a CSV file exported from Vendoo, we read the sales, prices and fees in it into your records.
• Walkthrough sign-ups. If you save a spot for a live walkthrough on our home page, we keep the name, email and answers you give us. We use them to send you the time, the link and one follow-up afterwards.
• Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your plan and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage basics. Standard server logs (time, page, IP address) so we can keep the service running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To run the product: spread the cost of a buy over its pieces, work out profit, print labels, and send you the emails you asked for (sign-in links, invites and account notices).
• To grade photos. Photos you upload are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) to group them into pieces, grade them, and write titles, descriptions and prices. They are not used to train models.
• Buyer names and addresses from labels and orders are used only to print labels and keep your sales records. We never contact your buyers.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your inventory, sales, photos or buyer details with other users or with anyone outside the services below.
• We do not post, edit or remove listings on any marketplace.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to sign you in.

Who else touches your data

We rely on a few providers to run SoldLoop: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (web hosting), Anthropic (photo grading), Stripe (billing) and Resend (email). Each only receives what it needs for its job.

Keeping it and deleting it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Email rewbiz05@gmail.com from your account address and we will delete your account and everything in it within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your workspace's data is limited to members you invite. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email you.
